  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray then melt about 1/2 tbs butter. Note: Going nonstick all the way ensures absolute ease in cooking your eggs.
  3. Place a slice of bread directly on melted butter. For over easy eggs toast bread to a golden brown then crack egg into center.
  4. Allow to cook until white has set on bottom. Salt and Pepper egg if desired. Carefully flip. Cook second side to golden brown.
  5. Melt additional butter. Cook cut-outs on both sides to golden brown as well. Serve. Enjoy!
  6. Note: the firmer you want your egg yolk the sooner you will need to add your egg before flipping. If you prefer over hard eggs, add your egg about 30 seconds -1 minute into toasting your bread. Conversely, if you like sunnyside up eggs, flip your toast then add your egg. 😉
