  11. 2 1/2 grams Dry Yeast (if possible, use sugar-resistant yeast)

  14. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  15. For decoration (optional):
  16. 1/4 lemon's worth Lemon peel

  8. When the cake has cooled, pour the icing over the cake. Decorate the top with the lemon peel. You are finished.
